Hey folks,
We've set up a little generic plot for us to have another batch of NPC fun-goodness like Parent's weekend again. Crowley and Quark are about to embark on a joint venture to bring in a few criminal and otherwise villanous folks together for a bit of a convention.
Quark because he thinks it can make a quick buck, Crowley because... he's Crowley. Said convention will be occuring March 31-April 3, approxamitely noon Friday through noon Monday.
So, obviously, we need attendees, and that is where you folks come in. While parents weekend's chaos was certainly... interesting, we'd like to keep the influx of the undesirable elements under a much more controlled burst.
So, here below the cut is form we'd like you to fill out for your proposed NPC. We're opening this up to any of you who know someone who might want to play a short-term character, but any non-current player will be required to give us a current player to vouch for them.
We're going to be limiting this to approxamitely a dozen NPCs, not including the already claimed three of Scorpius (from Farscape), Harley Quinn (from DC Comics), and Tuco (The Ugly of The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly).
To give people ample time to plan plots, we're gonna go through these quickly, and will be only accepting applications until Thursday, March 9th, 6 PM CST. If the turnout is low enough, we may put an extension for more beyond that, but our first set of selections will be determined on that day for sure.
For the most part, we'll be looking for applications that will offer the most enjoyable experience for the game, so the more social villains will be more likely to be accepted over the overbearing, overpowered kind. For example, we'd be more apt to accept Kraven over Kroenen, Chairface Chippendale over Leatherface, or The Penguin over Rhino. Think villains more likely to hold a conversation, or to quote Zanchie "would be likely to work within the system, or at least make appearances of such, to get what they want rather than the WORLD DOMINATION BOW BEFORE ME PUNY MORTALS kind." The law will still be around, so please keep these ideas in mind when contemplating your ideas for NPCs.

Sorry about the timing. We kept having to bounce it around due to coordinator's availability and other plottiness, and this is turned out to be the best option for the originators. *hugs*
