Birfday plottiness

Hey.

This isn't a big plot, but it seemed like we should start to organize stuff for the seven! birthdays we have between the 12th and the 19th. The birthday people are Angela, Edward Elric, Archie Kennedy, Isabel Evans, Peter Parker, Aeryn Sun and Anakin Skywalker.

The fun part is that Easter is that weekend, which may mean limited availability for at least some of us. (I get to go see the parentals the 15th and 16th myself.) Given that, I wonder if Friday night could work; if not, maybe we could put it off until the weekend of the 23rd --which would mean adding in Hamlet.

I know we do surprise parties a lot, I'm just not sure it works with this many people. Could we start with a common room post this week so all of the peeps involved can figure out the near-shared birthdays and begin to plan IC?

*blows on noisemaker, dons party hat waaaay in advance*

Edit: It seems there's already big plottiness afoot for Friday. Tentative party date unless someone objects: Monday, April 17.

That all sounds good to me. Friday also saves Alanna and me the trouble of organizing StuCo Poker Night on a non-Saturday.

Of course, it turns out there's already something going on Friday.

Maybe Monday, to sidestep the Easter thing? Or is that only a complication for me?

Well... 23rd works best for me, since I work Friday nights (and since it's gonna be Al's brother in the mix, 'course I want to be around). Otherwise it all looks good from there.

I'd prefer it to be somewhere in that week range because otherwise 7 people have to wait for presents. Monday or maybe even Thursday are fine by me.

Yeah, that's my concern with putting it off until the 23rd as well -- at that point, several of the birthdays are almost a week old.

Let's tentatively say Monday, the 17th. And I am not thinking that Angela may be a very, VERY happy girl on that day for another reason, because that is unpredictable. But it's possible.

Excellent, no one Ivanova has to celebrate. Because I fully intend to be drunkinated that Monday night as it is my nineteenth birthday! Huzzah!
