So I got some feedback regarding forgetting vs. remembering, and there is another possible solution if anyone is interested.

I decided to go against canon a bit for this plot. Considering Charmed canon is kind of non-existent anyway, I don't really have a problem with this.

If you would like your character to feel a sense that something doesn't seem right after the spell wears off, I have no problem with that. For example, maybe your character will be annoyed at another but won't quite know why. Some characters could sort of figure things out after hearing the radio as well. Those of you who don't want to deal with any fallout could have your characters feel like nothing has changed at all. That will be left up to individual players.
