OOC: Venture Industries' First Science Trial

Does your character want to make more money? Sure, they all do. On December 15th, Venture Industries will be embarking on a test of teleportation technology, and will need lab rats victims stupid people paid test subjects. This is open to anyone, student, townie, or teacher. If you'd be interested, click the cut to see the wacky side effects that will occur.

If you've seen the Venture Bros ep "Powerless in the Face of Death", you know what's going to happen.

Those who are being sent through the teleporter are going to end up split in thirds. Not, like, organs-oozing-out thirds, but three solid chunks, in independant locations, but the body miraculously still functions as one (as Dr. Venture discovers his nipples work as a team...).

The fun will occur with:

A) the WTF, I'm in pieces factor.
B) the Hunt for Red October your body parts. They'll be scattered across the island. As to fix the problem, all three pieces will need to be run through the teleporter again, and you'll be restored to normal. Everyone -will- be back to themselves by the end of the day.

There will be a few Venture Industries posts leading up to the day, so your characters can enlist for the trial. If needed, we can collaborate on ways to force your character into it, if you want to do it but feel it may be a bit OOC.

How do the pieces find each other? The thirds that don't have legs attached don't strike me as being terribly mobile. Does somebody else need to carry the victims around?

Good point. Help will probably need to be recruited to help gather and find the pieces, and I suppose I could use volunteers to help with that part, too. As the victims are going to be less than able to move properly.
