Because it's been too long since I've broken LJ.
Soooooooo... there's this plot coming up in December. That I'm doing. Just a wee thing. No big whoop.
Ahem.
On December 17 Fandom Invasions will have its final exam. Said exam will deal with the invasions that come from within. Such as everyone's old pal and buddy, Angelus.
As a favor to John Winchester, Angel will help out with the final by - he thinks - pretending to be Angelus.
Unbeknownst to him (and everyone) we're secretly replacing the fake spell John & Angel will be using with a real one. So, instead of Angel pretending to be Angelus, it'll be Angelus... pretending to be Angel pretending to be Angelus.
Good times!
The plot will then unfold as follows:
1. Angelus will go through the final. For all intents and purposes, John's students will think this is the real Angelus because they weren't told it was supposed to be a fake spell. Ooops.
2. Afterwards Angelus will pretend to be Angel. He'll spend a few days on the island relaxing, seeing the sights, trying to kill and torture people. As one does.
3. As the island is full to the brim with heroic types, and as Angelus is subtle as a hand grenade, word will get out about Angelus being on the island. Angelus will therefore be interrupted before he can actually kill anyone.
4. ...but not before he knocks out a certain witch who's the only one who can do the curse to resoul him.
5. By mid-week he will finally be captured (Hi Mel!) and locked up in a cage until the research team can figure out how to get him souled again.
6. Wilst caged, alumns who were involved with Angelus the first time around will have a chance to come and say hi and have a friendly chat with him.
7. By the end of the week (Sunday, Dec 23) Angel will get souled again, happiness resumes on the island, brooding resumes with the vamp. Tra la!
Because the plot is huge and involves so many times zones, pre-play will be GOD. Which is why this post is going up now. Step one is going to be finding out who all would like to be involved. Then I can work out a schedule for when things happen in Fandom time and when they get pre-played and what have you.

Fair warning: Certain parts of the plot may be limited in the number of volunteers due to both RL and IC time constraints. When necessary, preference will be given to characters outside of Angelus's fandom since, well, we already know how canon handled it ;)
