Pretty much what Angela said. Francine has a little sensitivity to ghosts, a little clairvoyance (probably limited to "Oh crap, someone I care deeply about is about to die") and a little precognition. (At major turning points in her life, she's ended up with detailed visions of what might happen if she takes the other road, which she mostly passes off as her imagination, but some of it ends up coming true.) All very faint, none of which she's experienced yet by this point in canon.
