Aeryn was born and bred military, so she's very well-versed in combat. (And like trained half of Fandom back in the day.) She's physically fit, has kept up practicing in the gym, and has kind of had to suppress a normally-violent instinct here so she's more than happy to be able to go off on someone/something every once in a while.
