Thanks to using chakra - a combination of spirit energy and physical energy - Ino can do a fair bit. She can walk on water and up walls - though this exhausts her if she does it for too long (think, upwards of forty minutes straight). She can do simple illusions to change what she looks like (Henge no Jutsu) and make replicas of herself (Bunshin no Jutsu) but these have no substance and you can walk right through them. Kawarimi no Jutsu is another - it's a basic replacement technique. If someone throws something at her Ino would be able to quickly replace herself with, say, a log and the log would get hit instead.

She can also use chakra to boost her speed/strength and to add extra power to her weapons so that they fly faster and hit harder.

Ino also has a broom that can fly, but can't carry anything more than, say, a backpack full of things on it with her. It'll only hold her.
