Wee event announcement -- Renn Faire
Hey people!
It is officially fall, when the leaves flutter from the trees and young people's fancies turn to thoughts of exposed bosoms and gnawing on roast turkey legs.
(Is that not how it goes?)
On Saturday, Oct. 8, Fandom High will be celebrating the season with a trip to the Maryland Renaissance Fair. We've done this once before, in 2011, and it was a lot of fun; we're excited for the repeat. Activities will include vendors, performances, a chance to play dress-up, elephant rides, and all the ye olde faste foode you can shove in your pie-hole. The day is being organized IC by Didi and Deadpool, who will get up flyers about it over the next few days. It's open to students, staff and townies.
