Still more on the Angel plot

Some updates on the cure:



Janet has graciously offered to head up the Chosen One blood drive. See her for all your blood donating needs. I believe Bridge will also be helping out via aura checks to help discover Chosen Ones.

The current day to aim for for doing the final cure is this Friday night. Reason being I have work and class on Thursdays. Plus most of us can stay up late on Friday ;)

When the final cure time comes Logan's going to help by actually getting Angel to drink the blood. Angel is freaked about the idea of drinking even a sip of human blood. Logan, as Angelus's prime victim last year, is the only person who could convince Angel that he can do this.

So in terms of order of things happening, I'd say alchemy, Diagon/Knockturn Alley thing, Halliwell spell, then blood drinking. (The order of the first three doesn't have to be that exact, just that the blood drinking should come last.)

I have class tonight from 6-9pm Eastern, but will be online as soon as I get home like the raging addict that I am. So you can factor that in to any need to actually talk to Angel during visiting hours.

Finally: you all rock so hardcore. *applauds like woah*

Are we looking for all of those things to happen at the same time for the cure? Or is it one of those, each thing makes him a little better until the final act of drinking the Chosen Ones blood cures him?

Cause from a scheduling stand point, it looks like we could be set to try the alchemy thing today. When that doesn't quite work, maybe the Halliwell spell can happen tomorrow.

Then the UK folks will be back on Thursday, so they can try their thing, leading up to the blood drinking on Friday?

Ingredients to give you at least a break or a couple more days (if not to be used in whatever at the end) to be bought tonight. Currently working our way into opening up Diagon Alley. We'll air-express or Owl-express (heh) whatever we find soe it can be there tomorrow morning in Fandom.

Actually, the Bezoar Stone definitely ought to be used just to make the blood thing work better. it can be the binding agent, or something. Otheriwise maybe all the blood separates. :>

aren't Bezoars supposed to be ground into a powder and mixed into a possible antidote to work after the fact? (cause i ntheory yo uare suppsoed to swalow one in advance and hten you never get poisoned... ) k, gonna take my random mythology and go now :)

Heh. This is HP canon, and I don't think they specified how it was used. There's nothing to say it can't be used that way too, though. But I think I was thinking that it should be boiled or filtered with the stone present, so it can influence the entire concoction. SOmething for Janet and whoever is doing that part (You? the Elrics?) to work out.

heh i remember reading this in HP and wondering if it was even the same thing or jsut the same name (i am basing my statment on Sandman and Celtic myth) i think the Elrics are doignthe alchemy part. i think iam just donating blood

If the matter of the first things don't really matter, is it alright if we try the blood transmutation Wednesday afternoon/evening-ish? Tonight I can do the scenes of meeting with Anders and possibly Veronica and the rest of her group, but I'm going to be multitasking like whoa in the process (Hi, my name is Al-mun and I'm a procrastinator on school projects), but I'm not even going to try to squeeze three scenes into a matter of two-three hours. And considering your classes tonight, as well, it's cutting it pretty close with the amount of computer time I have. Hope it isn't a problem.
