Okay, I'm going to try to cover everything that could be confusing at this juncture, so don't be afraid to ask for clarification if you need it.


A Midsummer Night's Dream: The Very Abridged Version!
Okay, between the two of us, Dream-mun and I have pared down the play. I'll be emailing you all a copy of it tonight (see below re: emails), and if you have any objections, please email me back with it.

Costuming!
I don't think the cast has been told IG, but it's going to be a goth/punk production.

Ergo, if you would like to make icons for the occasion, please do.

And if you need help? There are people willing to punk/goth-ify icons for you, if you'll provide pictures. Just let us know, please.

OOC Coordination
We'll be SPing the play starting Friday morning through Saturday night. A post will go up so you all can coordinate things.

Audience post will go up Saturday night, so that the audience will be able to react as though it's happening in real-gametime, if that makes sense.

Possession!
Okay, you'll be getting an email from me shortly, telling you what your possessing fairy will be like. We did work off your suggestions, so no worries. And if you have any problem with your fairy part, let me know.

* Techie people! - if you OOCly signed up to be a techie, please just handwave getting hired IC? Please? Unless that really frells anything up for anyone. Because at this point, we're down to just a couple days, and zomg that just works better.

* There will be a chat set up on Friday when I post the slowplay. I have a class from 12:30-3:30 EST, but otherwise will be around, omg.

* If you do not post your lines and/or are holding people up, we WILL mod you. And I'm sorry for that, but it's for the greater good.

I am good with whatever. I'll try to be around as much as I can to post Allie's lines, but I work Friday and have some errands to run Friday night.

I would love icons of a goth/punk Allie if anyone could make them though... but finding pics of Jennifer Morrison is not easy.

A couple other things: We cut down the play OOC in terms of what will actually be posted, but IC we're putting on the whole thing. So please know where you are in the text as a whole and write your comments appropriately so people know what's going on. (e.g., "Demetrius continued arguing with Hermia for a few lines, then left the stage as Puck reappeared.")

Also, just as we may mod people through their lines if the play is being held up, things will be much easier if you mod each other as going on and offstage and the like. Be reasonable (for example, don't mod a pratfall for Titania, unless you're Parker) and check in chat first if you can; if you're being modded, speak up as soon as possible if you have a problem with anything. But this is a lot to get through, and it's not practical for everyone to get a bit of business with every entrance or exit. Hopefully the backstage threads will provide for plenty of wacky for everyone.

Finally, I can't get on chat at work, but email is always, always good. Grab me there if you need Dream.

I can't IM from work, and my avail tomorrow while at work may be limited (they're a-crackin' down on the extraneous internet usage). So Hermia might have to be modded, like, alot? I'll be online as much as possible, but I can make no guarantees for anything that's not tomorrow evening, when I will be glued to my computer as per my usual Friday night schedule.

But yeah, mod the hell out of Nadia if you need to.
