Plotty: Identity Crisis

Hello der everybody!

In the very near future, (the weekend after graduation in fact) Pippi and Walter will be having a slight identity crisis.

This will last for about 3 days or so. Naturally, they'll be going about their day to day tasks and if you interact with them on the fly, they won't be their normal selves during this time. Currently we're on the look out for anybody who would like to participate and possibly do some pre-play.

These will range in intensity from "Headmessy" to "Directed by Quentin Tarantino"

Any takers?

New people who may or may not be seeing this before they are permitted topost. Yes, I know you're out there. This post will still be up next week if you're interested. Ping me here when the time is right.

In Pippi's case, it's going to be the fairy that possessed her during Midsummer Night's Dream. She's back and she's pissed.

So anybody who would have knowledge about fairies, or just has a bone to pick because they're pissed about the play for any number of reasons, would be more then welcome to be involved. This fairy is a Sandman fairy. Though the character never existed in Sandman cannon, she's more of a type really.

In Walter's case, he's going to be having a very meta identity crisis, possessed by the vampire he'll become in 1999.

Those with vampire knowledge are welcome. Although, depending on what fandom your character's knowledge generally comes from, some vampire knowledge will be invalidated by differences in Hellsing canon. Opportunities for WTF moments abound.

*clings back*

I had to rebuy mine on eBay. Took frickin' forever.

Alas, my copy of Here There Be Demons is gooooooooone!

But I do still have my Chicks in Chainmail series, even if she only edited those. . . .

Yeah, but she did write short stories to include in them, didn't she? It's been a while since I've read them, but I do still have my copies. (Actually, I think I'd be slain if I got rid of my copies.)

And OMG, I know, it's hard to find her stuff used! Do you know how many years I was hunting for "Elf Defense" and "New York By Knight" before I finally found them? (Actually, you probably do know. OMG.)

Do you have the other two in the Demons series? I loved "Here Be Demons" and "Demon Blues," but OMG, "Hooray for Hellywood" knocked both of those books on their asses. (Oooh, Noel Cardiff as a student here.)

Oooo.

Last I saw, my local used book store had a fair amount of her stuff. I must journey back there. Possibly on my lunch break. Which is dangerous, because I only have half an hour for lunch and I could easily lose several hours in there. . . .

Ooooh. Again. I wish I had a local used bookstore I could get to on my lunch hour. But I do have one I can get to on the way home from work.

*calls local used bookstore* Ooh, they have The Sherwood Game! Which I so don't have. Or won't until tonight.

The Sherwood Game is a delightful one! I'll have to reread that one next!

Hee! The bookstore owner was all, "Isn't she hilarious? How did you stumble onto her writing?"
