It's A Fish, It's A Ship, It's MerPhoebe

Starting tomorrow, Phoebe is going to end up being a mermaid for a couple of days. She will be human again before the mind swap plot.

Having not learned her lesson from Piper's attempt at a personal gain spell, Phoebe attempts to cast one, and it backfires, turning her into a mermaid. Unlike Piper's truth spell, the spell backfiring is only going to affect Phoebe. It will also give her the idea that maybe being a mermaid is pretty cool and swimming out to sea would be a good idea.

However, it could be fun to have people interacting with the mermaid while this is going on. *grins*

If you'd like to have your character(s) react/interact with Phoebe during this time, feel free to let me know. Goofy fun is always a good thing.

Surprisingly (or not) this does have canon basis.

It's not off an album, actually; it's one of the fifty million B-side releases she used to put out, or possibly one of the early attempts at Internet-download exclusive tracks. There's so much non-album Tori stuff I can't keep track of any of it.

I'm so slacking in my Tori collection though. The last album of hers I have is Scarlet's Walk. *is shamed*

Also, the only thing I can come up with is Janet wanting a mermaid specimen to dissect, which...so doesn't work. But if you can come up with something silly or fluffy, I'm up for it. (Barring the possibility that my boss will come into the office and I have to, like, be super-productive or boring stuff like that.)
