More Halloween

Greeting townies and town residents (translation; teachers)!

As you are aware, Halloween is coming up and we thought it might be fun for people to be able to go trick or treating. So in the morning, I will throw up an OCD post for business or townies to tag in to in case they want to have people be able to get candy from their house.
