So, as most of you have seen, Dolores Umbridge has arrived to be take over for Zoe. Two things immediately: 1) Zoe is most definitely coming back. 2) Umbridge is a heinous bitch. I am not.

This Umbridge is coming into Fandom sometime after the events of Order of the Phoenix therefore she's not going to like any talk of centaurs, Harry Potter, or all things Weasley. And she's also going to cover all that up, not mention a word of how she left her former school to anyone. Hermione Granger is the only one who knows and she's open to tell anyone.

Well, what's Umbridge going to be doing while she's here?

Oh, you know, wrecking havoc wherever she goes. Canonically, Umbridge starts issuing educational decrees almost upon her appointment to the headmaster position. Here, it's going to be no different.

In the following days, look for educational decrees restricting:

-PDA's
-student curfew
-students remaining eight inches apart
-restricting the radio (the radio is still going to be going strong but if the radio personalities would like to be all stealthy and use aliases, that's cool)
-revealing clothing and/or student uniforms
-and reassigning those people who are in co-ed rooms.

NOW. Before you start thinking I AM like Umbridge, these will be voluntary. If you want Umbridge to catch you going against one of her decrees, just let me know. If you don't, she just won't happen to see you.

Umbridge is also going to be popping into various workshops and town establishments during her tenure here. She will not be arriving at student rooms (unless this has been previously arranged) or common rooms (again, unless previously arranged).

Umbridge, as well, will have office hours whenever I can manage. And she's not a nice person at all. She will paste a smile on her face, offer you a tea and talk about her kitten plates but she is not a nice person so please be prepared for her when you ping into her office. The lovely people who have pinged in today have been awesome and I thank you all so much.

So...how is Umbridge gonna get the boot?

Attempts to overthrow Umbridge before her tenure has ended will fail. Everyone is more than welcome to try but there is an idea in place that will lead to Umbridge leaving.

If you'd like to try and overthrow Umbridge, please let me know before springing it so I can have her prepared.

What we're hoping for here is that the students and teachers start talking to each other and realize that Umbridge is Bad News. Organize a revolution, get people talking and start trying to undermine Umbridge. Paint her office blue, steal her plates, whatever (again, just let me know).

Once the students and teachers realize that this woman sucks and want her out, then it will be time to let Zoe know. Once Zoe knows, it's going to be all downhill for Umbridge and it's going to culminate in her leaving the island.

So, when will all of this happen?

This is going to be a gradual thing. Yes, Umbridge is proving her bitchiness in today's office post but she hasn't outright done anything to take away the freedoms of the school. That's going to start happening soon. Slowly, she's going to turn Fandom High into her version of Hogwarts. And it's not going to pretty. Thus, revolution.
