Addendum to the BDE Sign-ups

Rather than adding another ETA to the first post, here's another clarification about the Home Guard group. As mentioned before, we'd like people to sign up if they want to run a safehouse post. But we'd also like to get an idea of who will be sticking around and going to the safehouse posts.

If you want to open a post, leave a comment here.
If you're going to be hanging out in the safehouses, leave a comment here.
