AU Kids Weekend: Kid Count Clarification

Over the last 24 hours I've gotten a few complaints regarding the two kid limit so hopefully this will resolve some issues.

While your characters are only allowed two kids for the weekend, if they are with another character they will not be double counted.

In other words:

Ron and Jamie's muns decide they should have two kids: Rufus Xavier and Rafaella Gabriela Sarsparilla. Now since these kids are between two IG characters, each parent can take one of the kids towards their two kid total leaving them with one more slot to use. So now Jamie can have a kid with Mel named Albert Andreas Armadillo (no relation to the Sarsparillas.)

Does this only apply to couples having multiple kids with each other, like Ron and Jamie's two kids above? Or is it any kid only counts to one IG parent?

Wait, this goes better with another example:

Willow and Peter have a kid. They name it Bob. Willow claims the kid.

Willow and Giles have a kid. They name it Ed. Giles claims the kid.

Peter and Giles have a kid. They name it Steve. Peter claims the kid.

Do Willow, Peter and Giles all have a slot left each, since they've only claimed one kid each thus far? Or are they all done, since they all technically have two kids (even though there are only three kids total)?
