Character Ability Tally!! (because the memes weren't eating your afternoon enough)

WATCH ME SHAMELESSLY USE THE SAME POST AGAIN.

(I wrote it. I'm allowed to cannibalize it. Hush.)

In an effort to keep things a little more organized for plottishness and so on, we're going to ask a quick favor of you all.

Could you please reply to each appropriate comment below, and let us know what kind of powers/abilities/etc your character possesses? This is for all characters - students/alumni, teachers and townies - and covers everything including especially good researching/support skills, magic, skill with weaponry, mutations and so on. This is mandatory for all characters, and we would appreciate it ASAP though there is no specific deadline.

Anything that is a canon¹ power or ability of your character and could be used in a plot in some way, please list below in the correct thread. Temporary powers for specific plots do not need to be noted now.

Please be as thorough as possible, as this will help everyone out with plots and knowing who can fill what roles.

¹ In this instance, "canon" does refer to FH canon as well. If your character at this time has honed their fighting skills or anything like that, please do make sure to note that. For guidelines on characters picking up abilities, please see this post.

If your character is familiar with any sort of weapon.

Please reply with a detailed explanation of which weapon/s your character is comfortable with and their skill level/s.

Ben is a Jedi who's also related to Mara Jade and is an officer in the Galactic Alliance Guard. Ben knows his weapons.

He's exceptional with a blaster (he'll pick up assassination-level sharpshooting in an afternoon, wtf canon), skilled with ~~knives~~ vibroblades, and the always-handy lightsaber.

His lightsaber skills could use work, though.

Robin's an extremely good by normal standards/not bad by Fandom standards shot with semiautomatic handguns. She's been using them since she was in her early teens, if not a little earlier than that. She has experience both with her own small semiautomatic, as well as Fraser's .38 RCMP issue.

Ichigo knows how to use swords. With a normal sword, his skills would be pretty rough but he'd manage. For what he can do with his own sword, I'll just point Inherent Abilities thread where I will get into more detail.

Romeo grew up around guns, has routinely carried one since he was young (I think I've said 13 in-game) and is an excellent shot. He's okay with a knife/switchblade as well, though it wouldn't be his first choice.

Aravis is fairly skilled with a scimitar, though she is still learning to control it. While she's used to the weight and feel of her own weapon, she could probably pick up any sword (given that she COULD pick it up) and learn her way around it as well.

Lee can handle just about any hand gun. He specializes in Colonial sidearms and FN Five-Sevens.

He can learn just about any weapon though.

Ella has beginner-level sword training, and she handwavily practices much more than I manage to post it :-).

Evey knows a little about knives. She's nowhere near good enough to, say, throw them and take out an entire police squad, but she's getting to where she could pretty well defend herself using one.

Hannibal's good with handguns and small arms. He's also good with everyday objects like bats, crowbars and lamps.

Fraser's good with handguns and rifles. He carries a .38 but can also use a Sig Sauer very well.

Tyler can hold, aim, and shoot a gun, but he's far from an expert shot.

Edit: He's also an explosives/demolitions expert, especially with homemade bombs. He's not infallible, but he's very good.

Adam is familiar and well trained in fighting with swords. He'd rather not fight with them if he can avoid it, but he very capable of using them should the need arise. He can also fight effectively with a staff.

Gavin's exceptional with blasters (sidearm mostly, but he can also knew the longblaster and minicanon). He's a novice with explosives but he is learning.

Roy can handle guns just fine. Yay military training. He just doesn't like using them.

Cameron has plenty of experience with guns and explosives. He can swordfight but every badly so.

Marty's managed to talk Angela into learning to shoot. She doesn't like to, and mostly she wouldn't, but if it's absolutely needed she can.

Katchoo . . . knows how to not shoot her own limbs off with a handgun. Canonically she owns one, and presumably she knows how to use it, but since that's all a little fuzzy and she's certainly no Becky the Gun Girl I'm just gonna say she knows how to handle the thing. Her actual sharpshooting ability may not be so hot.

Let's just say good chance at the general target area, but light-years away from being able to shoot the buckles off someone's suspenders or something like that.

John can handle himself with Earth's handguns and has learned to use a Peacekeeper issue pulse pistol.

Barbossa can use a sword and really old-fashioned pistols.

And a cannon, if you have one lying around.

Piper has some knife skills (particularly athames) in canon, though she is not nearly as skilled as others are.

Zuko is great with swords and especially with dual blades.

Mary can use a gun when necessary.

Billy knows how to use swords, throwing stars, and all standard military firearms.

Anakin is one of the best who ever lived with a lightsaber. He doesn't tend to use other weapons.
