Halloween random event: in two parts

So, they let me run with an idea for Halloween! But there are no puns. I'm sorry I've let you down. *hangs head in shame*

But on to the details!

Friday morning, creepyish clowns - like there's any other kind - will arrive in Fandom. They will set up in various places to make balloon animals for anyone who wants one. Isn't that sweet?

NO! [Sorry, Lacey.]

For these balloon animals are no ordinary balloon animals! After dark, they come to life and chase people! And attack them! (Much like some of the present-delivery scenes in Nightmare Before Christmas.) Being mere balloon animals, however, it's not like they can actually hurt anyone, and can be easily dispatched by popping or letting the air out of them.

Acquisition of balloon animals can be entirely handwaved, and mod your balloon animal attacks.

If anyone wants to volunteer to help out by playing a creepyish clown to make balloon animals for people on Friday, sign up in the comments below.

Please note: None of the balloon animals will be filled with helium. They won't float.
