Just to point it out here if it's needed - Peter has TK, some telepathy, he has prophetic dreams and he can also paint/draw the future. He has fairly good control of the TK, not so much of the telepathy, absolutely none for the dreams, and pretty much none for the painting/drawing. Which is to say if he tries he can make himself go into the trance, but he can't control what specific future he draws. Likewise sometimes the urge to do a drawing/painting comes over him without him calling it up and he can't make it go away until the picture's done.
