In Charmedverse, his witch side gives him the ability to cast (badly rhymed) spells, make potions, scry for someone/something and he has Telekinesis.
The whitelighter side gives him the ability to orb (teleport in a shower of blueish-white lights) and he theoretically has the ability to heal, though it has not manifested itself to the strength of Wyatt's. He also can "hear" his charges, at this point one Ms. Savannah Levine, and sense when they are in trouble.
