Character Abilities Tally Version 2.0: Shorter But Size Doesn't Matter, Right?
Hey, guys!
For everybody's convenience in plotting, we try to keep a running list of the various abilities possessed by FH characters. If you ever find yourself saying, "Hey, I need a magic user/archer/person who can whistle Dixie while eating crackers and covering one eye," that list of powers is meant to be there for you to take a look at.
It's been a while since we did this, but we've made some changes we hope you'll like, in the interim:
Anything that is a canon power or ability of your character (including those developed at FH) and could be used in a plot in some way, please list below in the correct thread. This is for all character types - students/alumni, teachers and townies - and covers everything, not just the wacky powers. We also appreciate yer fighting, research, weapons, support skills and Dixie whistling, baby.
Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to do this!
[Wait for the OCD or every radio broadcast from now until December will contain a hidden rick-roll. OCD up! Have at it!]

It's been a while since we did this, but we've made some changes we hope you'll like, in the interim:
- All of the previous posts have been compiled into a spreadsheet that you can always head over to check (it'll be linked on the FH community info page)
- From now on, we only need people to fill this out for new characters, or if you have an update or correction for your older ones. If your stuff is listed over on the spreadsheet, don't worry about this!
- We've streamlined the categories a bit to focus on "what can you do" instead of worrying about whether that's a magic or mutant or inherent ability. So the wacky powers are now just broken into spellcasting, psionic powers, and superhuman physical attributes. (Thanks to
puppy_fair for that suggestion.)

He can also smack the back of anyone's head when they need sense smacked into them.
Re: Fighting
Re: Fighting
Around here, he's probably upper-middling in fighting ability.

Re: Fighting
She's in the midst of a pretty major spike in her abilities (thank you, Dimitri) so by spring, she'll be pretty comfortably at the elite level, but right now, she can hold her own but gets beat regularly in the advanced group in Fight Club.
Re: Fighting
Re: Fighting
Azula has
little orno qualms using any tactic that could end with her winning favorably. She's been shown to fight with the Avatar (the strongest and most powerful bender/Martial Artist in her world) to a standstill. Her skill in hand-to-hand is second-to-none, able to fight armed opponents and still come out on top without even breaking a sweat or using her Firebending. She's been called a prodigy and I think its safe to assume its not only limited to Firebending since picks up other skills faster than normal. If she finds herself lacking in one area she will go out of her way to learn or better her skill. Some people might call her a Mary Sue. If, y'know, Mary Sue was ever an evil overlord determined to conquer the world. And almost did.

Re: Fighting
Reese is short and knows its a disadvantage and she compensates by being a brawler and being pretty damned determined. She won't last against a lot of the skilled fighters but she'll inflict as much damage as she can before finally succumbing.

She'll always take a lot of hits, though, because that's just the way fighting in the Buffyverse seems to roll.
