Character Abilities Tally Version 2.0: Shorter But Size Doesn't Matter, Right?
Hey, guys!
For everybody's convenience in plotting, we try to keep a running list of the various abilities possessed by FH characters. If you ever find yourself saying, "Hey, I need a magic user/archer/person who can whistle Dixie while eating crackers and covering one eye," that list of powers is meant to be there for you to take a look at.
It's been a while since we did this, but we've made some changes we hope you'll like, in the interim:
Anything that is a canon power or ability of your character (including those developed at FH) and could be used in a plot in some way, please list below in the correct thread. This is for all character types - students/alumni, teachers and townies - and covers everything, not just the wacky powers. We also appreciate yer fighting, research, weapons, support skills and Dixie whistling, baby.
Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to do this!
[Wait for the OCD or every radio broadcast from now until December will contain a hidden rick-roll. OCD up! Have at it!]

It's been a while since we did this, but we've made some changes we hope you'll like, in the interim:
- All of the previous posts have been compiled into a spreadsheet that you can always head over to check (it'll be linked on the FH community info page)
- From now on, we only need people to fill this out for new characters, or if you have an update or correction for your older ones. If your stuff is listed over on the spreadsheet, don't worry about this!
- We've streamlined the categories a bit to focus on "what can you do" instead of worrying about whether that's a magic or mutant or inherent ability. So the wacky powers are now just broken into spellcasting, psionic powers, and superhuman physical attributes. (Thanks to
puppy_fair for that suggestion.)

Pounce is a Constellation and has vague powers of vagueness. While it's most likely impressive, he'll not use them. Ever. He's not allowed to.
He will however magic himself to wherever he needs to be, act as a shameless deus ex machina and conveniently know the things you would like him to know. (He'll keep the rest to himself.) He can block magic attacks and he has very sharp claws.
Also, he can talk and make anyone he wants to can understand him. He's convenient like that. And he's a cat, that's a power too apparently.

Ben seems to attract things that crash through windows. As such, he's gotten pretty good at replacing broken windows.

George is an excellent cook. I mean, like, really, really good. Not world-class-chef good, but definitely enough to handle pretty much any dish you'd care to throw at him.
Re: Miscellaneous
It's probably safer if you don't ask him to dance.

The Scarab is a alien weapon system psychically connected to Jaime's brain and physically welded to his spine. It does three main things: it can read people at the genetic level and assess everything from the state of their health to what (if any) super powers they might have to what the weaknesses of those powers are. Due to the way canon ended, the second thing it does is make strident recommendations about how to exploit those weaknesses. And the third thing it does is manifest itself as fully morphable exoskeletal armor. When the armor is activated it can comic-magically turn into just about anything. Jaime can sprout jetpacks and wings and laser canons and things with names generated with random algorithms (like the meson disentangler array and the quantom impeller beam). Also, apparently it can heal its host so Jaime has a healing factor of sorts.
