General Ideas

On the far-away island of Fandom High's Home
General Ideas had a place they could roam.
A nice little thread. It was clean. It was neat.
The ideas were broad. The OCD was a treat.
General Ideas had everything non-specific ideas might need.
And they were all happy. Quite happy indeed.

Specific Ideas

They were all happy, until Specific Ideas
Wanted a place of their own, not General's or Maria's
"We're specific," they said, "no such broadness for we.
We need preciseness and details, the leaf not the tree.
With a thread of our own we'll feel nothing but joy.
Why a thread of our own would be like a toy!"

Plot Spare Parts

Which then left only the parts for plots that were spare.
They needed a home. They could not live on air.
A thread was created for them to sing in and dance.
Right here in this post, not far off in France.
So spare parts could find plots, and plots find spare parts.
All in one place, no need to throw darts.
