Minako totally wrote lots of letters in support of Sparkle's release from prison, and probably shows up occasionally to drag him out to do karaoke with her. Because he's the only one who will, anymore. Crystal Tokyo is all seriousness and peace and harmony, and not so much on the sake and singing, if you're an easily recognizable senshi.
