Brainstorming!

A couple of days late, because, well, Newbie Weekend happened, and then I completely spaced on it yesterday. I did get to go see the world's largest, most complete discovered t-rex skeleton yesterday, though. That's cool, right? (SHE WAS HUGE.)

Anyway, brainstorming post! Since I don't think there's anybody new this semester, I'll just jump right to the chase. Old suggestions are over here, just mentioning an idea in this post is no guarantee that it'll happen unless you take it to the proper authorities, and please hold for OCD is up, have at it!

The stuff you have a sort of inkling that you'd like to see, but it hasn't really gotten a spit-shine yet and it could use a little something to make it a reality. Like, logistics. Maybe some elbow grease... that sort of thing.

Specific Ideas!

Those ideas that you've been massaging into an almost complete event idea go here! You might just want to gauge interest, or you might have a few little parts missing, that sort of thing.

Plot Spare Parts!

For little bits and bobs that you remember about the island that you'd like to see put to use, or stuff your character can provide that might be neat to throw into the fray somewhere! Stuff like, "hey, remember that pillow tree," or "Mabel has a grappling hook, if you need to reach high places and you don't have supernatural powers" can go here!

Based on an old Eureka episode I watched on the treadmill last week:

What about a sort of reverse soundtrack day? Instead of the island playing music that seems to eerily fit what's going on, whatever music you're listening to makes you do something to "act out" the lyrics of the song (with varying literalness, in the show a guy literally burns down someone's house after listening to the Talking Heads which would require lots of OOC permissions).
