ooc: the return of final destination!
Hello, Fandomites! It's been a few years since our last Final Destination event, so hey, it's a good time to bring it back!
For those of you who don't know what it is, it's exactly like the Final Destination movies, except instead of thwarting Death, it's Irony! And you don't thwart it, so much. The students will get to have a party in the dorms, where a fateful game of I Never gets played. It's fateful because all of the things they list will be things that the entire rest of the town can/will find themselves doing over the course of the next week. If there's anything you've wanted to do with a character but haven't figured out a way to make it happen, or have hijinks you want to do, this is your chance. And while the students are the ones laying down the week's rules, everyone on island will be subject to it as you see fit, including any alumni who happen to be visiting for homecoming!
Did I mention this was taking place over homecoming? I do these things because I love you.
So! Wednesday, October 17 there'll be a sixth floor dorms party, wherein all the I Nevers get laid out. I'll post that Tuesday night to allow for the most time to play, because Wednesday night I'll post the list of prompts so you can go into Thursday knowing what's out there. From October 18-23, your characters will find themselves drawn to doing things they might not normally, see the past two lists for reference.
The rules are, as stated by this event's creator
craftyladyparts:
The only restrictions are 1) no "I never murdered someone in this room" or anything like that because of course, 2) the party itself is limited to students, and 3) Irony will only influence people who have NEVER DONE THAT THING THAT IS BEING DONE. If somebody chooses to moon Zoe completely of their own free will, that's their own fault.

Questions, comments, faintly damning praise?
