Upcoming plot
I posted about this before the new crop of students, and now I'm trying to get things organized to get this plot off the ground. If any of you new students have a decidedly dead person in your history that you have Issues with a capital I about, let me know! Ideally, this should be someone who would, if you saw them, prompt a deep emotional reaction, preferably a negative emotion (such as anger/fear/guilt/hatred/grief).
I can't promise to use every suggestion, but I will be doing my best to involve as many different people as I can. More details as they develop. :)
ETA: And if you don't mind, let me know if your character has the ability to sense ghosts -- I don't mean saw an apparition that everyone else saw as well, but more of an ability to see what others can't.

Sadly, his Totally Traumatic Deaths don't happen for a couple of years in his timeline.
For which villages of Tuskan Raiders are grateful, of course.

Dean can't sense ghosts per se, but he's trained to pick up the more subtle signs (smell of ozone, change in temperature, etc.) and has or can build devices to test for them.

Alanna has her not-so-dearly dead father make an appearance. There's a lot of conflict and issues there. Also, the T guy who's name I *still* have not looked up. Wait! Big Thor! OMG crazy memory you spit out the most random junk at the most random time. Yeah, that dude. Alanna killed him because he was dying and he was sort of her mentor and yes, Issues.
Briar and Broots don't have anyone majorly dead that will cause them grief.
I'm going to bed, really.

And Hamlet's Dad would raise big Issues for him, yesh. That's what the whole plot of the play's about. ^-^

ETA: Oh! And wizards/witches in Harry Potter-verse can see ghosts.

Coming in second, however, is the friend who died whilst Giles was mucking around with Eyghon thing, Randall, and Phillip, who died as a result twenty years after the fact (Season 2, "The Dark Age").

(Just realized that probably comes off like 'you forgot one, ha' which it was not meant as, sorry - I've just been cataloguing BtVS deadfolk in my head for the last hour, so at this point it's like playing Outburst - mention one and I spill a list!)
I only remembered her because I stared for way too long at that list in Giles' notebook with the names crossed out, trying to get a shot right for a songvid. :)

Sam: Either of her parents (although Jacob is definitely the more recent death), any of her past significant others...
Neither one can sense ghosts.

But if you go with before that, I got nothing. ;D

I propose seeing the ghost of Joxer.
Because at this point in history? Joxer's dead. Oh yes.

At the moment, though, Becky and I were talking about Ava, I think?
