Tink is a fairy. Or a pixie. Disney kinda smushes them together, for her at least, so I'm gonna say in her world they're synonyms.
She has a wand, and she can zap things with it. Basically a surface molecular shift: she waves it at your fridge, and the scary fungus in the bottom drawer is gone, it's sparkly clean, and it's bright blue now. She can't wave it at your fridge and boom, now you've got a car. (I'm not sure if she could zap your fridge to fill it with food, kinda thing? I think she could, even though that doesn't really count as "surface molecular shift" - but it's not screwing with the fridge's essence, and now I've officially put more thought into this than Disney ever did.)
Tink can fly, and she trails a fine layer of pixie dust when she does. If someone else were to gather enough of it to cover him/herself and then think happy thoughts, they would be able to fly. However, no one in FH knows this (other than Sora), and she will not be telling anyone this, because she hates you all.

She is also inherently fabulous. Just ask her.
