Posting on behalf of my self and my lagomorph partner in crime ...

1 - Max really is the President of the United States in his world, and carries all of the usual privileges that holds. If you need something to be declared a historic landmark, if you need an official pardon, if you need something signed by a high-ranking governmental official, Max is happy to abuse his powers to help you.

Okay, there might be a small price involved, but it's likely to be along the lines of, stand on one foot and perform "I'm a Little Teapot."

2 - Sam and Max do not have the authority to arrest anyone, but this does not stop them from trying. Therefore, if either of the following scenarios interest anyone ...

- being placed under arrest when not actually breaking the law, being taken to the trooper station, and getting a full release from a very headdesky Sheriff, who has no idea who these idiots are

- being told that you are under arrest, and answering it with, "Nah, I don't think I want to be," and getting to skip away scott-free

... you know where to find us. :)

I kind of want (don't know which character is most likely to do this) to respond to "You're under arrest," with "No, you're under arrest."
