I was thinking of an alumni-centric plot. Some kind of invasion that the Fandomites lose, but the bad guys failed to take into account the Alumni, so they save the day.

Or, an invasion that doesn't involve the actual island. Some villain has noticed that Fandom effects seem to have followed the Alumni, and so starts snatching them up for the ambient Fandom Magic or what have you. Then they have to escape or be rescued by other alumni. Oh this also goes for Ex-Pats too.

I'll be honest and admit I don't like it. I feel like alumni/ex-pats had their shot and it's time for other heroes to step in to save the day. But, if I'm being honest, I also should admit that my feelings are probably influenced by the fact I have three fighters on-island and none off.
