Workshop Brainstorming
I can't be the only one who saw the 'submit your summer workshop' post go up and internally flailed because I have *no* clue what to teach.
(and if I am, lie to me?)
So even though it's not technically a 'plot', I figured a brainstorming post to talk about summer workshops couldn't be a bad idea.
Students: What kind of workshops do you want to see? Teachers: What kind of workshops are you thinking about running? Everyone: What workshops have you really enjoyed? What has made previous workshops fun to RP? Or difficult to RP?
I'm not putting up OCD threads.

(He speaks German, too, but while my French is poor to mediocre, my German is nonexistent. So.)
Also, just to answer your question, I tend to like workshops that involve activities, and ones where I can rely more on what my character already knows than on academic learning. Which is broad, yep, but it's what I have.

Some of the ideas I've floated for Paige are: Nature Magic, Chemistry of Magic, Landscape Painting, Everything You Need to Know About Fandom But Might Not Know to Ask (geared at newbies) and maybe something social work related? Obviously some of those lend themselves more easily to interactive activities than others.

I admit, part of the reason I don't want to do cinema is that I can't teach a movie I haven't watched, at least not in this crowd. And I'm not sure I want to devote 14 hours of my life to class research.
... aka naptime.

Emmett would love to see a karaoke class from someone.
Aaaand I'm so used to looking at things from Francine's POV that I'm blanking on what else would be interesting. *sobs, moves graduation to July*
