Vamp Harmony from AtS. Mostly because I can easily see her and Jessica having a cat fight.

I kind of love that idea. Though that miiiiiiiiight be one that would have to be run by some of my canonmates; I know she's up to shenanigans in Faith's part of the timeline now, for one.
