20 Years Reunion Brainstorming

A suggestion was made in the original info post to provide a brainstorming post for everyone to rattle off ideas, plan futures, coordinate relationships and whatever else might be needed for the plot!

And thus, the brainstorming post has been birthed and lo, we present it to you for all the storming of the brains you might need to do! Have fun planning!

Name: Alexandra Cabot

Age at the Reunion: mid-50s

Backstory I've worked out so far: Alex is released from Witness Protection once the particular cartel that is out for her death disbands. She heads back to NYC and the prosecutor's office, moving up the ranks easily. She's a few years behind, especially in seniority, but the press and the public adore her story.

Alex is now District Attorney for the entire city of New York, and will be running for Governor at the next term. She has never married. She has had an off-and-on relationship with Olivia Benson during the past twenty years, as well as a number of other discreet relationships with either gender. Mostly cops and attorneys.

How she could fit into your character's backstory: If your character has had an interest in the law, or the legal profession, then Alex may well have stayed in touch, and would be more than willing to give references or call in favors in that vast system of networking that she has going in NYC. Or to help you write a constitution for your particular country >.>
