Age at the Reunion: None of your damn business/Looks exactly the same
Backstory I've worked out so far: After spending a few years in Fandom, teaching, Cindy returns to Fabletown as the war heats up. And continues on through canon, fighting the Adversary, kicking ass, and generally kicking ass.
How she could fit into your character's backstory: Coming back was probably a bad idea, considering she doesn't age, but she's gotten less concerned about secrecy, considering what the island has seen. In fact, depending on who you are, she might have even asked you to come along to help with the war against the Adversary.
