20 Years Reunion Brainstorming
A suggestion was made in the original info post to provide a brainstorming post for everyone to rattle off ideas, plan futures, coordinate relationships and whatever else might be needed for the plot!

Age at the reunion: 37.
Backstory I've worked out so far: See Rinoa, above.
She is the Sorceress, international celebrity, peacekeeper, and diplomat, and he's her Knight, husband, and right-hand man. Anywhere she goes, he follows.
Sometimes, he gets bored and needs to kill things, so he helps out Garden from time to time. Only to fight monsters, though -- as the Sorceress's Knight, he stays neutral in interpersonal and international affairs.
Personality-wise, he's still standoffish and broody, but he's happy, and it shows. He'll be smiling a lot more. It's hard to be grumpy around Rinoa, after all. ;)
How he could fit into your character's backstory: Happy or not, he's still not good with communication. He'll stay in contact with anyone who makes all the effort on their end, but mostly he'll be an "oh, and Squall says hi" tacked on to any conversation Rinoa has.
