Character Name: Mercy Thompson
Age at the Reunion: Mid 30's, yeah fudging a bit to keep her in early canon.
Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: this is the nice thing about a character who's in their 30's in canon - even brain dead people like me know what's happened to them. Mercy went to college for engineering then switched to history/teaching, so, of course, she's now a mechanic working in the Tri-City area of Washington state. Her former boss is fae, her back yard neighbor is Alpha of the local werewolf pack and currently courting her as is her temporary housemate, another werewolf. Her best friend is a gay werewolf and she hangs out with a vampire on occasion.

She had a number of really quiet years after college before things went crazy a year or so ago. Since then she's returned to Aspen Creek to face her former guardian and her old love, faced down the Mistress of the vampire seethe, saved the Alpha and his daughter, and most recently tracked down and killed a demon. She's in pretty rough shape physically at the moment, but everyone pushed her into coming to the reunion basically to get her out of town for a while.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Mercy is not always the best at keeping in touch, but she'd have made an effort. Anyone who deals with the more supernatural side of stuff may well have gotten a phone call or email or two for advice. But basically I'm happy to assume she stayed in contact/connected with pretty much anyone who wants!
