Age at the Reunion: 41... sort of.
Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Okay, look, I can't be nice to all of my guys or you'll all start thinking I'm a pod person. So, Sam finished college and came back to Fandom for a while and taught for a few years, and then went off with Dean to do the family business, and about five years before the reunion things got terribly canonical and Sam said yes to Lucifer (most likely believing it was the only option he had to save Dean and Zoe and Peter and his family and friends), but he never managed to escape so Lucifer's been walking around wearing Sam like a prom dress ever since.
How Your Character Can Fit In: This is probably the first time anyone in Fandom has seen Sam in a few years--Lucifer will be pretending to be Sam because he thinks this reunion thing is hilarious and Sam's screams make him giggle. He probably kept in touch with everyone he could before Samifer became a thing, and I'm totally open for ideas.
