Backstory I've Worked Out So Far:
Dipper has continued his interest in the bizarre and adventuring. He's a full time adventurer that scours the world (and maybe other ones) for artifacts or mythical creatures. He models himself after the meta for Indiana Jones but he's no where near as academic. He's taken over the Mystery Shack where his discovered artifacts are on display as opposed to the fake one's his Grunkle Stan made to rip off tourists.
How Your Character Can Fit In:
No idea! Just throwing this out there as it's only been a few days on the island and he hasn't gotten close to anyone yet.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far:
Cass is most likely going to be coming off of a nice stint saving Thedas from being destroyed by an ancient Tevinter magister... and settling into the relaxing world of being Divine Victoria the First, with the task of returning dignity and structure to the Chantry before her.
How Your Character Can Fit In:
IDK! She's likely to have gone on many adventures both canonical and handwavy before this point, so if anyone wants to have stuck around et al, be my guest.

Canon for Ed, too: he's a rich man, married to a noblewoman, with two kids. He's an Assassin, and he spent a good portion of his life out at sea, being a pirate. Occasionally he gets sick of all the posh shite, and hey, reunion!
How Your Character Can Fit In:
Ed probably drifted in and out of people's lives for a long time. Some of them have probably been on the Jackdaw, his old ship. So. ADDENDUM: the Assassin part is hush-hush and probably only his closest at Fandom ever heard about it, if anyone did at all. The ex-pirate part is an open secret.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far:
Of the original five Lost Jedi, only Brianna and Atton are alive. (Ow.) Atton's either stubbornly sticking to being a regular Jedi Master out in the field, or the Order's resident Jedi Battlemaster; I haven't decided. The Order is doing well, as is the Republic. The end.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Whelp, the chiefest and greatest calamity of Thorin's age showed up and booted all his people out of Erebor during this time. Which means he's in exile just fought outside the gates of Khazad-dûm in a little battle with just a few thousand orcs and goblins. nbd. Just, like, a fun camping trip. With death.
On the plus side? He now has a beard. Which is working for him.
Also, he's king. Without a kingdom. How very tragic.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: At some point Hanna went back to her own world, and in self-defense, wound up killing someone. And then wound up back in assassin-mode, and started getting paid for it. It's a slippery, slippery slope when you don't have any other ties to the world....
How Your Character Can Fit In: Anyone want to get shot? Or stabbed? Anyone think they'd have a hit out on them? I'm open to anything else, too, but these are the ideas that come to mind easiest right now.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far:
Jones continued to work at the school on and off over the years. After the passing of her friend James Eglamore, she took his surname to honor him.
She will not have aged a day of course. The only thing that would have changed is her clothes and hairstyle.
How Your Character Can Fit In:
20 years will pretty much feel like a quick passage of time for Jones/Eglamore. Any students of hers she'll just look at them and realize they are older, possibly have swelled or lost hair and produced children.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far:
After fucking around Fandom, home and a few other places for a few years after graduation, Barry basically says fuck it and goes to Arendelle to hang out with Elsa.
How Your Character Can Fit In:
Well I know one plot for after graduation but I haven't emailed that mun yet. Barry will probably have kept in touch with everyone via social media or whatever might have surpplanted that in 20 years.
Personally I think we'll all be embedded with subcutaneous technology but that might be pushing it.

She and Clint got married and have a daughter, Lexi, and then had a son, Nathaniel, after the last time this event happened. La.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Kitty totally kept in touch with everyone she could, so you're free to know like any of this.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Derek is very happy to be a stay at home dad for far too many adopted werewolf kids in a house that wasn't even abandoned when he found the place! Living the dream. He also finally gets to use his love of mini-vans for something useful! Because he gets nice things and I ignore the show aggressively. Married to Stiles with four kids, ages between 9 and 17 and he will show everyone pictures of them. And probably brag a lot. It's sad.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Cosima and her wife Delphine research evolutionary development at the Université Pierre-et-Marie-Curie in Paris. She's published dozens of research papers as well as a pop-science book that sold fairly well, and is considered one of the leading young scientists in the field. She's aware she's a clone and may make offhand references to it, but -- apart from some gushing about her niece Kira -- it's not something that affects her day-to-day life much anymore.
How Your Character Can Fit In: She's probably kept in touch in all the usual ways. I'm totally open to more detailed ideas, too.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: You better believe I'm shamelessly stealing Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow as my ridiculous template for Tony's future. In which Ultron managed to up and kill all the Avengers (save for Thor, Tony, Vision, and the Hulk) and took over the planet. Which is then turned into a sort of hellish wasteland. But don't worry, most of the Avengers procreated before they got killed, so Tony is left raising their kids while hiding from Ultron and building robo-Avengers to maybe defeat him.
Robots don't solve things, Tony. They never solve things.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Tony probably lost touch with people when, you know, everyone died. So, whatever up until that is cool.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Naomi was eventually promoted to Captain and is the commanding officer of the Rhode Island, after initially serving as Chief Science Officer and then becoming First Officer. She married Icheb a couple of years into the Rhode Island mission and they have three children - Sabrina, Kathryn and Gresgrendtrek and both her daughters now attend Fandom High. Icheb is the head of the Astrophysics department at Starfleet Academy and is based in San Francisco but they make the relationship work despite the long distance.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Naomi's definitely kept in touch with the school, especially with her daughters now attending and has made an effort to make semi-regular visits to the island so the option's there if you want to have your character know Naomi through that way :)

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: After graduation, Kathy returned to LA with an acceptance to Stanford in hand and ready to embrace her future. Then the zombie apocalypse happened which, uhhh, makes college really difficult, funny that. The good thing about these zombies is that they have a shelf life of about five years before they decay too far to be a danger, so she and the other heroes on the Mount keep everyone safe. As the Mount goes from a refugee camp to a real community, she ends up being elected mayor after Stealth and St. George both categorically refuse the position.
Once the exes die off and La begins the rebuilding process, Kathy is happy going back to being a regular superhero. Except she discovers that much of the funds meant go to to helping people out are lining the pockets of the politicians that have climbed out of the woodwork and she ends up making several nasty enemies bringing a stop to it. In the end, she ousts the corrupt politicians and ends up getting re-elected mayor, this time of all of LA. Uhh, surprise?
She's now on her third term as mayor. Still never got to go to college, but UCLA plans to offer classes for the first time since the dead rose, so who knows? She and Nick are 'married' (who knows if a ceremony presided over by St. George is legal, also, who cares?) and are even thinking about starting a family.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Well, for about 5 years, Kathy was pretty much off the grid and the years after that, she was working hard to make something of her city again, so socializing wasn't really high on her radar. But if your characters wanted to put the effort in for over five years with no response, that's fine!

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Envy, being about 15+ years post-canon, hasn't responded to her original name from anyone but her parents for the last two decades. She has also been a more or less relevant figure in art rock for about the same amount of time, having gone solo when she was 25 and stayed that way ever since. She's used her Fandom past as a gateway into spreading her music across several universes to great acclaim, is the head of her own record/multimedia company (although the day-to-day business is naturally handled by other people), and basically a multiversal indie rock queen.
She divides her time between Montreal and New York, as well as Ribeirao Preto, where she lives with her husband Peter and their daughter Lilith. She stepped down from her post as Chief of Staff once her music career began taking off, and never spread that side of her life into Peter's universe.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Envy would have kept in touch with the few good friends she has, provided they managed to put up with her during her kind of fame-obsessed mid-twenties where she turned into a bitch for a minute. Also, if there are people who'd have worked for her company at some point, I'd be open to that. Other than that, she's also multiversally famous in moddable universes, so I'm more than cool with people going "holy crap Envy Adams went to my school?!" even if they don't know her in the mainstream timeline at all. SOMEONE ASK HER FOR AN AUTOGRAPH.

Age at the Reunion: Nearing 40.
Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: It's pretty simple: all of Peter's plans worked, he's now the genuine-article ruling Hegemon of a swath of planet Earth that encompasses... everything but the United States, and he's calmed down a lot. He divides his time between playing politics - less intensely than he used to, because his grip on power is very firm and his legacy is secure - and being parent to his daughter Lilith and husband to wife Envy.
He's never had any trouble calling her Envy.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Peter still answers every email sent to him, so if you knew him and your character would've emailed him at any point in the past twenty years, congratulations - you're still more or less in touch.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: After going home long enough to get through most of the Civil Rights era, Raven decided that she missed the conveniences and social advances of the 21st century to have enough patience with the mid-20th. She came back to Fandom and has been teaching various classes on self-discovery and social justice ever since.
How Your Character Can Fit In: She'll have gotten back in touch (or at least tried to get back in touch) with folks as soon as she returned to the present era, and anyone with a connection to the school is naturally welcome to know about what she's been up to.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Lottie returned to Tackleford eventually, despite her best intentions of probably being an astronaut and bringing her poetry to an intergalactic audience. It turns out being an intergalactic poet doesn't pay so well, so she had to move back home with her mum. Where she got a job teaching science at Griswold's, her old grammar school.
Her version of teaching science tends towards the Mrs. Frizzle style. Only with more field trips into the woods looking for monsters and less magic school buses.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Lottie regularly lobbies for bringing her advanced physics students to Fandom for field trips to learn about multiverse theory. And spends a lot of time sending out pictures of strange looking creatures on social media, usually with hilariously droll and/or absurd captions. To everyone she's ever met that she has contact info for.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: The Leverage crew has moved away from Fandom and now own a restaurant/bar in New Orleans on Frenchman's St. They're all married--not really legal, but when did they ever let that stop them? They also foster kids, focusing on the older, troubled teens who would normally have trouble finding forever homes. They also have a biological daughter, Ada, and an adopted son, 'Spike', but see any kid under their roof as 'theirs.' They're mostly retired from crime (though Hardison will never NOT be a hacker and Parker will never stop stealing things, and Eliot--Eliot, dammit, you'd better not be pickin' a fight with nobody, you hear me?!), leaving the real work to Leverage's second generation. They still come back to Fandom in the summers to teach, enrolling their kids to the summer camp.
How Your Character Can Fit In: They're happy to keep in touch with anyone they got to know on the island. And if anyone ever needs a bit of leverage to make an overwhelming problem go away, well, that's what they're known- for providing.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Happy Queen, married to Warren, mothering their 5 kids. Cora and Nyles are married and expecting their first kid (Karla is both amused and horrified at the idea of being a grandmother, but this is what happens when you adopt teenagers in your 20s), Della is learning to be a veterinarian, Kayla is in college, and Collin is finishing up high school. She still looks like she's in her 20s (and Warren looks even younger), due to some events that happened almost 20 years ago.
How Your Character Can Fit In: She of course has kept in touch with her old friends, coming back and teaching every so often, and sending the kids to Fandom Summer Camp.
Karla and Warren are likely not going to be in attendance (Karla might if I find myself with an abundance of free time this weekend), but these are all things her friends would know!

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Ezra did the full high school experience, then went back to his normal life around Boston. Annnnd got killed not too many years after in a battle gone bad, after the Venus-aligned part of the Coterie staged an uprising. He died doing what was right, though, so there's that.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Ezra would've lazily kept in touch with people up until his untimely death. It's up to you whether your characters would have investigated into why he stopped responding, or if they just assumed he just finally lost interest in communicating with high school buddies.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: After high school, Ronan would have gone back to Henrietta to help Gansey continue his search for Glendower. The events of his canon will have mellowed him a bit and he'll have moved back to the Barns after all is said and done. He'll continue to be rich and he'll have made drag racing and underground fighting his full time career since that's what makes him happy. That and Adam Parrish. But, he keeps that part of himself very, very secret. Not because he's ashamed but because he doesn't want to fuck it up.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Ronan would have been horrible at keeping in contact with people, unfortunately. He hates phones and computers so maybe you would have gotten an occasional postcard or something if Gansey remembered to remind him that he needed to let people know he was alive.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Sam will still be based out of Seattle where he leads his Council though he's taken more of a backseat to newcomers lately. He's had a few run ins with various supernatural beings which have slowed him and made him realize he's pretty fallible. His mother's recently passed away and Haley's married and made him an uncle. He's never married but does date around when he feels like it.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Sam will have kept in contact as best he could but would go long spells without contact because of Council business and other things that he wouldn't want anyone else involved in.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: At some point in the not too far future, Flick will get the opportunity to ascend and become a Shadowhunter just like Isabelle. That means he'll be stronger, quicker, faster, better and covered in things that look like tattoos. He'll be married to Isabelle at this point and working as her assistant in leading the New York Institute. And he'll have taken her last name because that saves me from thinking of a Shadowhunter last name and because a lot of Lightwood men suck and he doesn't so she'll be able to easily persuade him. Yes, she runs the show in all manners of the relationship.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Flick is probably pretty okay at keeping in contact though he might go incommunicado for a few months at the time. He'll call more than he'll email.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Jim will have gone off to explore deep space like the boss ass mofo he is. He'll be a competent captain, finally having tossed away the fears of living in his father's shadow. But, he's Jim Kirk so he'll be a trouble magnet too and during this small amount of time, Jim will be dead. Now, he won't stay dead because he never does but he'll have run into a particularly nasty alien race and he'll have sacrificed himself for his crew. But, it won't be forever. Not that anyone else will know that.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Jim won't have been the greatest friend because of the space thing and the fact that it's hard to text you during space battles but if he was back on Earth, he'd give you a ring. If you were a good enough friend, you'd probably have gotten the news of his (not permanent) death a few weeks before the reunion.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: After graduation, Isabelle's gone on to see her boyfriend through Shadowhunter Academy and his Ascension. Now, a couple decades on, they're married and she's the current head of the New York Institute with him by her side.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Izzy would have been pretty good at keeping in touch with her friends, although like Flick she's sometimes incommunicado for longer spans of time, because her position as the head of the Institute and the NY Conclave also often calls her back to Idris where mundane technology doesn't work.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: Basically, Alana went through canon. Which means she got drafted; got promoted; got demoted to prison guard for failure to follow orders; fell in love with a Wreather deserter named Marko; had his daughter; and spent the next decade running around the galaxy trying to keep herself and their child safe.
Things have calmed down in the last five years, and she and Hazel live a relatively peaceful life on Quietus. (Her marriage didn't survive the whole fugitive thing, sadly.) Hazel is now a freshman at Fandom.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Alana probably wasn't in touch much, what with the whole fugitive thing. But I'd be open to saying she hid out with Fandom people at some point if you have an interesting idea.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: What he said. Also, Eliot has retired as a hitter, other than training other people. Hardison and Parker had been bugging him to do it for years, but it wasn't until one final bullet wound to his thigh nearly cost him his leg that he finally gave in. He now walks with the aid of a cane, and in general moves much slower than he used to, but still pitches in with a grift whenever there's a role the cane won't get in the way of.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Eliot will absolutely have done his best to keep track of Fandom folks, especially any former students -- and quite possibly has tried to recruit you to a favor on a job that could have used your particular skills.

Blue went to college and became an ecologist focused on conservation. She's married to renowned medievalist and adventurer Richard Gansey III (who is not dead in this future), but kept her name. They've talked about kids but haven't gotten around to having any yet, partly because they're rarely in one place long enough for it to make sense. They remain based in Henrietta, Virginia. Gansey would love to come study Fandom.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far:
After certain canon events, Vider left the official berserk bands and was declared wulfheart for about thirty seconds until she popped up in company of Loki, after which it was retracted on the assumption her former CO had missed something there. She's known as the Trickster's Berserk, much like Soren is the Sun's Berserk, on the same assumption (to wit, that she's sworn to Loki). This assumption is incorrect; Vider is sworn to no god. It's just easier and more amusing to let everyone think she is, and apparently Odin agrees because he hasn't corrected anyone. She's actually something more like Loki's girlfriend, but neither of them likes labels all that much. She roams the United States of Asgard solo, looking for adventures, and she'll probably get herself killed one of these days, the kind of scrapes she gets into. Loki worries about it enough that he still periodically tries to convince her to eat one of the apples of immortality (she has no idea why Idun would let her have one, and yet) but it hasn't happened yet. She's not that concerned about it. Everybody dies, after all.
How Your Character Can Fit In:
Vider's not very good at keeping in touch with people, so you might not have heard from her in a while. Feel free to be surprised she's not dead yet. She still has the easily identifiable and obvious black spear tattoo on her cheek, despite it not being visible in this icon.

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far:
After leaving Fandom, Brian continued working for the FBI until the events of Fast & Furious after which he went on the run with Mia and Dom Toretto. He is currently married to Mia (who finally went to med school and is now an ER doctor), and they live in the rebuilt Toretto family home in Echo Park, LA with their three children (Jack, Gabriella, and Little Dom) and Dom and Letty.
Some of the neighbors are not honestly sure who in that house is married to who.He runs a neighborhood garage with Dom and drives a minivan when necessary, although may God have mercy on the idiot who makes fun of his ride at a red light.How Your Character Can Fit In:

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: So, Sparkle went and lived out his canon, and then, through a series of madcap events, wound up incarcerated for a good, long time. He got out on parole, and immediately booked it through a portal, and has been reality hopping and making a living playing the con-man game ever since.
How Your Character Can Fit In: He probably hasn't been keeping in touch with many people, between the whole prison thing and trying not to end up in prison again, but he'll be pretty approachable all the same. He's pointedly tried to avoid the realities of people he knew from Fandom while he's run his cons, so as to not personally piss off anybody who knows who he is, but if you want to play with it, feel free to poke me, and I'm totally open to just winging it if it comes to that!

Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: *Points up at Kathy's blurb* He's been tagging around with that one. They made it through the whole zombocalypse, which sucked, for the record, and he was more or less appointed sheriff of The Mount during that whole mess. After the fact, that title pretty much stuck, and he's been keeping the peace in what was left of Los Angeles and helping to rebuild ever since.
Unlike Kathy, he's had better luck getting back into the swing of the whole superhero gig. His powers work way better for him now that there are living people committing crimes again, instead of the whole ravening hordes of the undead... thing.
How Your Character Can Fit In: Like Kathy, Nikolai would have fallen out of touch for that five years, because the end of the world is kind of inconvenient like that. He would have reached out to try to get back in touch with people once civilization started to rebuild, at least, all, 'Hey, I'm alive. How's it going?'
