Backstory I've Worked Out So Far: At some point Hanna went back to her own world, and in self-defense, wound up killing someone. And then wound up back in assassin-mode, and started getting paid for it. It's a slippery, slippery slope when you don't have any other ties to the world....
How Your Character Can Fit In: Anyone want to get shot? Or stabbed? Anyone think they'd have a hit out on them? I'm open to anything else, too, but these are the ideas that come to mind easiest right now.
