Brains! Storming everywhere!

So with a new application round open yeah, that's it, and not me forgetting to post this now's a good time to start brainstorming sessions to help folks get creative juices flowing.

The idea here is just that - ideas! If you have random thoughts, plot concepts, hey-wouldn't-it-be-neat-if-we, or what have you, post 'em here! Read other people's thoughts! Offer practical suggestions! Reward good ideas with naked icons! Sky's the limit!

Note: This is brainstorming only. Anything you want to use from this will still need mod approval if it's a mod approval kind of plot. Prices and participation may vary, offer not available in Tennessee.

I have some ideas of my own that I'll post later in the comments, but in case anybody needs help thinking of things to brainstorm about:

1) Are there characters you're considering apping that you'd like to think of plots for?

2) Do you have a current character who could use a new character to help with a story arc?

3) Is there anything you'd like to happen with one of your characters before the end of summer?

4) What fun things could happen in Fandom before the end of summer? Interesting? Dramatic? Wacky? Other?

You're not limited to the above as far as brainstorming goes. That's just something to get the juices flowing.

...not dirty.

So, ponder, put on your thinky caps, and storm away!

[ooc: weetiny OCD coming is up!]

I'm not really a plotter. But I like crack! Does that count?

What if the students wake up one morning to find out that they're married? To another student. The same with townies and townies. In an old TV show like setting like I love Lucy, The Honeymooners, All in the Family, Bewitched, etc etc... for a weekend? Something where they don't share the same bed or if they do, they are dressed neck to hem...yadda yadda..

I don't know. I'm totally wacked out in my thought process so I go to hide now.. heee..

Also? This might be too closely related to students having a kid together.. I just don't know.

Hee! See I was thinking something along those lines (minus the marriage) where Fandom woke up one day to find their lives turned into a sitcom complete with a laugh track.

Only I have no idea how to implement it.

Yes! We could have a list of "Very Special Episodes of..."

Where we each deal with an "After School Special" issue. And it is all resolved with in 30 minutes.

A brainstormy post on actual VSE's from 2003 and yes I just spent two hours paging back through her journal until it switched to single-Day-view and then futzing with LJ backup clients til I found one that would work so I could search my own entries to find the one damn post in 2003 that linked to hers.

SHUT UP.

And this would only be too hilarious!

I don't either. But maybe someone could help with that.

Heeeeeeeeey, you know, I was actually thinking about an idea involving, like, people having to live out certain film cliches -- movie musical, kung fu movie, action adventure, etc.

My half-formed notion of how it all came about had to do with someone getting hold of a cursed director's clapboard off eBay . . . oh, hey. "Surreptitiously obtained" scriptwriting software that's magical instead of virus-infected?

As if the scriptwriter is throwing out whole chunks and rewriting on the fly?
