BDE Vampire AU Brainstorming

So we've all probably got a bit of an idea of what we want our characters to have been up to over in the AU. What we need now is to get hooked up with people who have similar plotting needs or just really dig an idea.

This is that post! Ask for help accomplishing something for your AU character. Volunteer to help others! The OCD's set up by what type of character you have/want so just ping in with what you're looking for/hoping for.

This is for hooking up survivors with other survivors to figure out some of the big picture stuff like food, lodging, and the night shift!

This is for getting vamps together to suss out hunting parties or make some frenemies!

Vamp looking for a human to regularly battle/stalk/play with like a mouse? Survivor looking for a vamp nemesis who scarred you and drank from you but never bothered calling? This is your thread.

Offer up the story of how your character fit into the world before dying at the gruesome hands of a vampire or staked most horrifically by a survivor!

I am looking for someone who would have been vamped in the spring of 2008 (March/April ish) and someone who would have died a few months after that (heroically) for part of what I'm hoping to do with Claire's backstory.

La la la I got the bits I needed sorted out.

At some point in spring/summer of 2008, Toby accidentally tells a vamp about Claire's healing ability. She ends up getting grabbed by a group of vamps (any volunteers? Winchesters, maybe?) and used as an all you can eat buffet. Peter, Jon and others (volunteers also welcome) rescue her and Jon dies during the rescue.

Of course this doesn't keep Claire from going out and trying to kill vamps.

My girl is up for taking care of any of your orphaned offspring, yo. Or watching those that still have parents while they're off doing dangerous things. (ETA: Your canon/FH-canon offspring, of the NPC variety. No new/AU kids!)

Yaddayadda cooks, sits up with sick people, gives hugs, is Francine. Except for the part where Katchoo is dead, Francine has a white streak in her hair and a tattoo in the shape of the dirtiest lily ever, and it's really damn hard to catch her wearing a smile.

ETA for the "common knowledge" portion of our game: she and Katchoo were a definite Thing (after about 5 minutes of she and Merlin being an almost-thing) before Katchoo got vamped. (Fuck your denial issues, Francine; in case you hadn't noticed we might die here and it's not like you're gonna get a picket fence that wouldn't get broken up for stakes, or even want to raise kids in this hellhole.) And said white streak showed up when that happened.

For back story purposes, Bel is available for all your survivor killing needs. Or, for that matter, vamp killing, because he can be cranky like that.

Veronica will be getting vamped very early in the au timeline, so if you need someone to turn your vamp character, she's available.

She's also available for killing folks of the survivor or vamp persuasion (but the latter only if they sleep with Bel *ahem*).

Bel is totally indulging his vampire fetish while on Team!Evil. Anyone interested in having danced in the sheets with a demon at some point? :)

Just don't let Veronica find out. She's a jealous little bitch.

girlzippo, Charlie McGee (Firestarter), who arrived in May 2007, died in a blaze of... well, blazing, thanks to Bel, in September 2007. She'd been doing a good job taking out vampires before then, because while the spell diminished her fire-starting abilities, it couldn't completely remove them. She started going after a lot of vamps at once by September; got caught in a trap in one of the old buildings; and Bel turned the fire against her.

Claire's blood can heal others if they are given a transfusion, so any survivors who suffer massive injuries could be helped by her.

ETA: Oh and I'm having Claire arrive in AUverse in January 2008 -- much earlier than she arrived in the real timeline.

Oh! And

bookyeve never came to the Island. *One* of my girls has to stay safe and sane.

Phoebe was one of the first to die in 2005 because she had too much of an influence on Bel. Therefore, she was killed to make sure that Bel stayed firmly in Team!Evil.

This has been worked out with Bel and Piper. :D

Hee!

Raven will be a healing machine once she arrives in Fandom (in May). She won't take a character no for an answer. (A player no, yes, of course. :) I want her to be becoming overwhelmed and on the edge of losing it.

I'd like someone to attack Savannah shortly after she arrives on the island. Not to kill her of course. More of a "Welcome To Fandom, Have A Scar" type of thing.
