I really think we need a plot where the school board(?) decides to renovate the school building. You know get rid of those things students aren't using, like doors, light fixtures, the roof, maybe incorporate some nice non-Elucidean geometries while they're at it.

I approve of this idea! Instead of stairs, they must use fireman's poles to go between floors. *nods*

I admit it took me until just now to figure out what you meant, but I love this idea extra hard. GEE WONDER WHAT INSPIRED IT.

I'm so down with this.

Possibly with a conclusion of everybody getting renovated right out of the school and onto a new one on an island in the sea of Dreamwidth.

I so made accounts over there the other night.

I even managed to get "chasingrabbits" for Alice.

Warren here has wwiii. I should not be so pleased about that.

I am pleased about their import journal function, though.

Yep, I did, too. While I was flailing around unable to comment at all.

And Dreamwidth is apparently working on making importing communities possible. Maybe even as soon as today. Just saying, guys!

Were you using Firefox? When I was on Firefox, the Post Comment button o'fail was greyed out half the time. (When we were using the default page, I mean. This page is cool.)

The obvious solution there is "use Chrome," but I do use Chrome. I generally have two or three browsers going anyway. I'm weird like that.

I like to imagine this icon is Rinoa calling down a rain of fiery monster-filled meteoric doom straight from the moon aimed at LJ's servers. Do it, Rinoa!

YES PLEASE. There can be icon switcheroos and shinies and -- OH. Wasn't there some old-school version where people semi-body-swapped? I.e. they thought they body-swapped but didn't, so they were playing a version of each other? SOMEONE WHO IS NOT ME HELP?

That's actually another thing I was thinking -- what if there was a day when, like, gremlins went nuts and just bit people all over the place to act like these sort of exaggerated versions of each other? It'd be super chaotic and obviously something to organize with other players OOCly on an individual basis, but possibly really fun?

Oh my gosh, I love both of these things. So much.

I call dibs on Warren biting Topher's shoulder either way. Just saying.

I ran that way back when! I'm impressed you remember because, seriously, we're talking spring or summer 2006, here.

Someone more organized than me could no doubt find the info post, but basically it's exactly what you said -- people woke up thinking they were each other, but they weren't.

Okay. So I'm rapidly learning this season that ~~ponies~~ ~~people~~ folks not getting along in Equestria leads to CATASTROPHIC EVENTS. We're talking releasing Q Discord to wreak havok with chaos and/or encouraging an infestation of windigos (not a typo) to blast the area with a devastating blizzard.

Both of which can only be stopped with friendship and getting along.

WOULD FANDOM BE INTERESTED IN SOME SUCH THING HAPPENING HERE? Come on, it'd be glorious. GIVE IN TO THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP AND HARMONY!

Oh my god. If we could make that happen soonish I would be all over that; Gabrielle's about to go on a total peacenik kick and it would be right in her wheelhouse.

Now I'm picturing Gabrielle and Pinkie teaming up to convince the island to all just get along.

Oh man, speaking of cons,

annieadderall and I were poking around at the idea of having a bartender con. Or, like, extend it to characters who canonically hang out in bars as well. I freely admit to ulterior motives, but I still think it'd be fun.
