You know how this works, right? Make with the storming of the braininess.

I'm quoting my favorite of the poetically translated Russian comments here, because it's good to know they're not happy either, despite certain claims to the contrary:

That's... actually reassuring. Since Russia is apparently the only country that's worth giving a heads-up to about this in the first place.

Not that I think it'll change anything, but if the Russians get ticked and take their business elsewhere, that'll sure show... somebody.

Yeah, running the Russian piece through Google Translate was very "um, why are you doing this? This is ugly" and not HOORAY, OUR PRAYERS ARE ANSWERED, FINALLY THE SUBJECT LINES ARE GONE.

Yeah. It's not as many comments as on the U.S. site by a mile, but they're still coming in, and they've got the same issues with the userpics, subject lines, and ugly site design. And some very creative suggestions for igrick, who wins Most Hated Man on the Internet today.

Although the fact that the subject lines disappear after one comment? NOT SO MUCH. WTF, LJ.

I just want to know what stupidity made them think getting rid of them was good.
