Oh god, the Javascript explains SO MUCH about why Firefox keeps freezing on me, then; NoScript and my other security add-ons have to be going completely batshit. LOVELY.

In other news, according to their official Twitter feed, Dreamwidth is working on getting a community import feature implemented, and they're aiming to have it out today, if at all possible.

Which isn't me necessarily being all ABANDON SHIP, though I admit that all 3-4-ish of the active journals I'm hoping to have in use next semester are backed up there now, but it's... you know. Potentially a useful thingie, if the admins are flailing about for more options to grab at. There is a journal host out there that is doing their level best to try to accommodate panicking fandom communities, and they've always been pretty good to roleplayers in general.

You guys, I can't imagine staying here and continuing to give LJ my money right now. I can't. I'm not about to quit the game over it or anything, but I'll sure as hell figure out how to RP with fifteen icons per character if I have to.

Yeah. Back in the olden times, I figured out how to RP with six. Going down from 150+ to 15 is going to suck, but it's workable.
