Friday Events: Academic Fair

Hey folks! A few months back,
cantjossme was going to run an Academic Convention tied to an Assembly. With his permission, we're blatantly ripping off that idea and adapting it to take place in a single afternoon. That's right, this Friday will feature an Academic Fair. Indiana Jones, Professor Hubert Farnsworth, Flynn Carson, Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, Braniac... If you have a guest star who's all about knowledge, both gaining and sharing, we need 'em.
All of our guest academics will need to have a presentation of some sort. We're looking at a booth in the park kind of thing where they're there to lecture (a couple paragraphs on some subject), answer questions, etc. Of course, knowledge can be handwaved (no, you don't have to be a biblical scholar to do Indy's presentation, but that may help!). They'll have a thread to call their own, ping in there, interact with people who come by, that kind of thing. They will, of course, be able to get around and interact with other guests and share knowledge.
So, as is typical with these things, if you'd like to participate, please send in the following application to administration AT fandomhigh DOT net.
