re: the Snapshot Plot

Just running a quick update:

The plot is mostly running to a close as Liir learns to shield (thanks Altra and Queen Lavendereyes!). Thank you, everyone who contributed. It was so awesome to see so many people wanting to help with things and your writing was awesome and some of the memories are just awesome, what you did with it. He might have a couple more mistake-nights where it'll be open, but for the most part, it's done.

That said.

Liir's picked up a notebook and, now that he knows that ALL of his visions are memories, he's going to try and track down the people that the memories belonged to and talk to them if he thinks it's worth it. He's going to IC make such decisions, but if you OOC would rather he not discuss the topic with your pup, or REALLY want him to discuss it with your pup, or whatever, please let me know here, by AIM, or email as you like.

Once again, Thank you everyone for all your help and your snapshots and everything else. You guys ROCK so very very much!

Fandom Weirdness: Take three

It is rapidly warming up, turning into spring, and snow will become a thing of the past.

Not tomorrow, however. Tomorrow it will snow, on and off all day.

But this will be no ordinary snowfall.

This will be a snowfall of giraffes.

Wee giraffes, who melt as they hit the ground. It will take a few minutes for them to melt away completely, and it is up to you what they do while they melt.

They might scream. They might try and escape on rapidly melting legs. They may bear their rapid demise with typical giraffe stoicness*.

The snow of wee giraffes will begin tomorrow morning, nice and early, and end once the sun goes down. So, mod yourself a herd, a flurry, a bundle of wee snow giraffes!

Also, please note that this idea was conceived and suggested by gobrooke_urself. Blame her!
